Do not forget that photo- or photoreal scenery is based on satellite photography or at best on photography taken from high flying aircraft. The result is therefore always a flat and blurry looking photo when viewed from slow and low flying sim aircraft. Mesh scenery, normally included in the FranceVFR scenery and covering the same area, will then create the necessary undulations, mountains, and possibly even cliffs along the coasts.

Custom and autogen 3D objects like buildings, houses, trees, etc then complete these types of scenery. Your scenery picture therefore seems perfectly normal when viewed from that altitude.
