Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understanding the tools being used for the DC 2. Understanding the schedule and how the day is structured 3. Arriving at the venue 1 hour before the start of the assessment, checking all the logistics arrangements, DC material, get familiar with the floor plan, check where lunch and refreshments will be arranged for 4. Checking all the stationery - participant name tags for the tables, notepad, pen, and sharpened pencil: 1 for each participant, erasers, and sharpener: 1 for each participant, calculators: 1 for each participant, multi-colored marker pens, flipcharts 5. Directing the assessors to their syndicate rooms as indicated in the schedule 6. Ensuring there is a flipchart stand in each syndicate room for the participant to present 7.
Coordinating with the lead assessor on the day of the DC 8. Managing timelines, and rigorously following the schedule for the day 9.
Many services you use every day are a part of the cloud—everything from web-based email to mobile banking and online photo storage. When you use cloud-based services, your IT infrastructure resides off your property (off-premises), and is maintained by a third party (hosted), instead of residing on a server at your home or business (on-premises) that you maintain.
